James Iqbal, MD, PhD

James Iqbal, MD, PhD is a vice president of the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Lab where he helps oversee the national testing of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s patients and teammates. Dr. Iqbal received his MD and PhD degrees from Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, and completed residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and fellowship at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Beverly Hills, CA.
Prior to joining ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ he served as departmental chief for Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the James J Peters VA Medical Center in New York. Additionally he served as professor of medicine and pharmacology where he was an active instigator focused on aging research and has published approximately 100 journal articles and book chapters.
