Peanut Butter and Jelly Celery Logs

Ingredients

  • 4 celery rib (medium 8-in)
  • 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons jelly 

Preparation

  1. Trim the celery rib ends.
  2. Fill each celery rib with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
  3. Spread jelly on top of the peanut butter.
  4. Cut each celery rib into 3 pieces and serve. 

Helpful hints

  • Use any flavor of jelly or fruit spread.
  • Place peanut butter and jelly in plastic bags, snip the corner and pipe onto the celery logs.
  • To reduce sodium to 38 mg per serving use unsalted peanut butter. 
  • Cover and refrigerate leftover celery logs. They will keep for 2-3 days.
