Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces pasteurized liquid egg white
  • 3 tablespoons whipped cream topping

Preparation

  1. Combine cinnamon and sugar.
  2. Add 2 ounces egg whites. Mix well.
  3. Add vanilla and stir.
  4. Add balance of egg whites and stir.
  5. Add whipped topping and mix until dissolved.

Helpful hints

  • Low-cholesterol egg whites is pasteurized. It is safe to consume without cooking. Do not use raw egg whites.
  • People with diabetes can substitute sugar-free sugar substitute if desired. Carbohydrate is reduced to 6 grams per serving if sugar substitute is used instead of sugar.
