Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 4 to 5 ice cubes
  • Cinnamon for dusting


Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until combined.
  2. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!

Helpful hints

  • Replace sugar with desired substitute for a lower carbohydrate drink.
  • Some milk alternatives are high in calcium. Elyse uses So Delicious® Unsweetened Coconut milk which has only 130 mg calcium, 40 mg potassium and 46 mg phosphorus per cup.
