Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pitted cherries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 serving protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup ice

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide into 2 glasses.

Helpful hints

  1. Frozen fruit is a great option if fresh isn’t available.  If using frozen, you can omit the ice.
  2. Protein powder is a great way to add protein to your diet but if you are trying to stick to a low protein diet, the recipe is delicious without.
