Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 

Preparation

  1. Mince garlic clove.
  2. Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  3. Pour into a salad dressing flask. Chill until ready to serve.

Helpful hints

  • Use lemon juice instead of lime juice if desired.
  • Dressing keeps for up to one week in the refrigerator.
